Daewoo Tracking Online: Track Daewoo Cargo Consignment
Track Your Daewoo Cargo Online
Track your Daewoo Express Smart Cargo parcel online. Enter the number from your terminal receipt or SMS to see when it left, when it arrived and how to collect it.
How to Track a Daewoo Smart Cargo Consignment Online
Check which Daewoo service your booking is for before you search. Daewoo’s own tracker accepts a booking number or barcode. A terminal cargo receipt and a shop order confirmation are different things. Ask how and where to collect your own parcel.
This is Daewoo tracking online. People also search for a Daewoo tracking number, Daewoo tracking status or Daewoo tracking ID check. The same box works for Daewoo parcel tracking and Daewoo shipment tracking.
Enter your number to see the Daewoo parcel status as scanned at each terminal. Many people search for Daewoo courier tracking in Pakistan, but Daewoo Smart Cargo is a terminal-to-terminal bus cargo service, not a door-to-door courier. See below for the difference.
Use the number on your booking receipt
Collect within 5 days of the arrival message to avoid a daily late fee of 10% of the freight charge.

Collection guideDaewoo Cargo Tracking: How Terminal Cargo Works
Daewoo Express runs intercity coaches in Pakistan. Its Smart Cargo service carries parcels in the luggage holds of those coaches, between Daewoo bus terminals. On busy routes, parcels booked early in the morning can arrive the same day.
Main terminal cargo counters, such as Kalma Chowk and Thokar Niaz Baig in Lahore and Sohrab Goth in Karachi, are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your parcel is scanned when it is booked, travels in a locked luggage hold with passengers’ bags, and is scanned again when it is unloaded at the destination. It then waits at the terminal until you collect it.
DaewooTracking.com is an independent tracking site. It gives senders, receivers and businesses a simple way to check a Daewoo parcel on a phone and understand how to collect it, with no login.
Main Bus Terminals
Cargo counters at main bus terminals, including Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad.
Travels by Coach
Regular coach departures between big cities, so parcels move quickly from terminal to terminal.
Terminal Collection Model
Parcels wait at the terminal and are only handed over after a CNIC check.
Daewoo Cargo vs Daewoo FastEx: Which One Are You Tracking?
People often search for Daewoo courier tracking, but Daewoo Smart Cargo and FastEx are two different services in the same Daewoo group. Daewoo Smart Cargo (this site) goes from terminal to terminal: you book at one terminal and collect at another. Daewoo FastEx is the door-to-door courier service, which delivers to a home or office.
If you are looking for Daewoo FastEx tracking, FastEx parcel tracking or a FastEx tracking number, that is the door-to-door courier service. It is tracked in FastEx’s own system, because a FastEx booking is a different record from a Daewoo Smart Cargo terminal booking.
Full guide: how to tell which one you haveYour Daewoo Cargo Booking Number
A Daewoo Consignment Number (CN) is the number given to your parcel when it is booked at the counter. It is different from a bus seat booking, and it follows your parcel from one terminal to the other.
Seat Reservation PNR
For a bus seat and boarding only. It cannot be used to track cargo.
Consignment Number (CN)
Printed on cargo receipts and sent by SMS. Tracks your parcel from terminal to terminal.
Where to find your Daewoo tracking number:
- Station Booking Receipt: Printed under the barcode at the top of your cargo receipt.
- Automated Booking SMS: Sent to the sender’s and receiver’s phones, usually with the booking number and the two terminals.
- Commercial Merchant Invoice: Given to you by online sellers or traders who send goods by Daewoo Smart Cargo.
Daewoo Cargo Tracking Status Meanings
Terminals record their own scan messages. We show them as simple statuses:
Booked / Registered
Booked at the first terminal, weighed and tagged, and waiting to be loaded on a coach.
Loaded / Coach Departed
Loaded onto a coach, which has left the first terminal.
In Transit
The coach is on the road. There are no scans until it reaches the next terminal.
Arrived at Destination
The coach has reached the destination terminal and your parcel has been unloaded into the cargo room.
Ready for Collection
Your parcel is at the cargo counter. Bring your original CNIC and booking number to collect it.
Collected / Delivered
The receiver has collected the parcel after a CNIC check.
Held / Pending Collection
The parcel has been at the terminal longer than the 5 free days, so a daily late fee is being added.
Exception / On Hold
Paused because of a problem with the receiver’s documents, a question about the cargo or damaged packaging.
Returned to Origin
After a long wait, or at the sender’s request, the parcel is going back to the first terminal.
Check your parcel has arrived before you travel to the terminal
Have your booking number ready and check which terminal your parcel is going to. Make sure it has arrived and is ready to collect before you travel.
Daewoo Cargo Tracking Not Working? Common Problems
Why is my cargo status not updating?
Parcels travel in locked luggage holds. They are scanned at the terminals only, not on the road. Wait for the normal trip time, then check again.
Troubleshooting guideWhy does it say “Bilty Record Not Found”?
A new booking needs its first counter scan before it shows online. If it was booked late at night, it may appear once it is loaded onto a morning coach.
Verification tipsWhat if I miss the 5 free days?
You can still collect it. Daewoo adds a late fee of 10% of the freight charge for each extra day. The fee is paid before the parcel is handed over, with your original CNIC.
Collection rulesCan an authorized representative collect for me?
Yes. If you cannot go yourself, the person collecting must bring their own original CNIC, a signed letter from you, copies of both CNICs and the booking number.
Representative rulesHow to Collect Your Daewoo Cargo at the Terminal
Daewoo Smart Cargo goes from terminal to terminal, so knowing the collection rules helps you avoid delays and extra fees:
Original Physical CNIC Required: Staff will check that the name on your original CNIC matches the receiver’s name on the booking.
Demurrage Fee Calculation: Storage is free for 5 days after the arrival message. After that, there is a daily late fee of 10% of the freight charge.
