Tracking & Consignment Lookup

How do I track Daewoo cargo online?

Find the booking number printed near the top of your cargo receipt. Type it into the box on our home page and press track. You will see when the parcel left on a coach, its trip between cities and when it reached the destination terminal.

Where is the tracking number on my Daewoo cargo receipt?

It is printed just below the cargo heading on the receipt. The counter staff at the sending terminal give it to you when they weigh and book your parcel. It may include letters as well as numbers.

Why does tracking not update while my cargo is on the road?

Your cargo travels locked in the luggage hold of a passenger coach on the motorway. It is scanned when the coach is loaded and again when it is unloaded at the destination terminal, not at stops along the way.

Can I track Daewoo cargo with my CNIC?

No. Tracking needs the number on your booking receipt. To protect privacy, you cannot search by CNIC or name. But you must show your original CNIC when you collect the parcel at the terminal.

Do I need an account to track cargo here?

No. Tracking on our site is free and needs no login, password or sign-up. Businesses that send in bulk use Daewoo’s own portal at codportal.daewoo.net.pk.

Smart Cargo Milestones & Lifecycle

How does Daewoo Smart Cargo work?

Daewoo Smart Cargo goes from terminal to terminal. There are no couriers going to homes. Your parcel rides in the luggage hold of a normal passenger coach. The sender drops it off at a terminal counter, and the receiver collects it in person from the cargo desk at the destination terminal.

What does "Arrived at Terminal" mean?

The coach has finished its trip and reached the destination terminal. Staff have unloaded the luggage hold, moved the parcel into the cargo room and marked it ready for you to collect.

What does "Booked at Origin" mean?

The sender has handed in the parcel at the terminal counter. Staff weighed it, checked where it is going, took payment and moved it to the loading area to wait for a coach.

What does "Collected / Delivered" mean?

The receiver, or someone they sent, has shown ID at the destination counter, checked the parcel, paid anything still due and taken it away.

Terminal Collection & Documentation

What do I need to collect my cargo?

Take the booking number and your original CNIC. The name on your CNIC must match the receiver’s name on the booking slip. Showing the arrival SMS can make it quicker.

Can someone else collect my cargo for me?

Usually yes. They should bring the booking number, a signed note from you saying they can collect it, a copy of your CNIC and their own original CNIC. Check with the terminal first, as rules can differ.

Does Daewoo cargo deliver to my home?

No. Smart Cargo only goes from terminal to terminal. The sender drops the parcel at a bus terminal cargo counter, and the receiver collects it from the cargo counter at the destination terminal. If you wait for a home delivery, you may miss your collection.

Rates & Demurrage Holding Rules

How long can my cargo stay at the terminal for free?

You get 5 days of free storage after the arrival message. After that, Daewoo charges a late fee (demurrage) of 10% of the freight charge for each extra day, until you collect it.

How are Daewoo cargo charges worked out?

The price depends on the distance between the two terminals, the weight (or the size, if that is higher) and the type of item. Use Daewoo’s price calculator at fastex.pk/tariff/ for your route.

How should I pack cargo for a Daewoo coach?

Your parcel travels with passengers’ bags, so use strong cardboard boxes, wooden crates or tough sealed sacks. Seal boxes with strong tape and straps. Protect fragile items with bubble wrap and tell the counter staff about them when you book. A single box is usually limited to 30 to 40 kg.

Helpline & Counter Support

How do I contact Daewoo cargo customer care?

Call the Daewoo helpline on 042-111-007-009 or email fastex@daewoofastex.com. You can also go to the cargo desk at a main bus terminal. The main terminal cargo counters are open 24 hours a day.

What if my carton is damaged or something is missing?

Check the outside of the carton before you sign for it. If it is damaged, tell the duty officer at once, take clear photos and ask to write a damage note at the counter before you leave. Then call the helpline on 042-111-007-009.
