How We Explain Statuses
Last reviewed: 2026-09-09

We do not guess what statuses mean. Daewoo Tracking only explains statuses based on how Daewoo terminal cargo works: bus departures, travel between cities and arrival scans. If a status does not match one we have checked, we show a simple "Status Update" instead of making up delivery times.

Cargo statuses checked against FastEx / Daewoo Official Portal. Learn more in our About Our Utility section, or find Daewoo contact details on our Contact Directory.

Origin Terminal Booking

BOOKED
Meaning

The sender has handed in the parcel at the sending bus terminal cargo counter. Staff have weighed it, checked the packing and printed the booking slip.

What Happens Next

The parcel waits in the terminal storeroom until it is given a bus.

Recommended Action

Nothing to do yet. The next update appears once staff scan the parcel for sending.

Accepted at Station Counter

PICKED_UP
Meaning

The parcel has been received at the cargo counter and added to the terminal’s stock.

What Happens Next

Staff move the parcel to where the bus will be loaded.

Recommended Action

Keep your booking number ready. The sender can share it with the receiver.

Loaded Aboard Inter-City Coach

IN_TRANSIT
Meaning

The parcel has been loaded into the luggage bay of a Daewoo bus that is on its way to the destination terminal.

What Happens Next

The bus travels between city terminals. The luggage bay stays closed until the bus arrives.

Recommended Action

There are no updates while the bus is on the road. Check again closer to the time the bus is due.

Arrived at Destination Terminal

ARRIVED
Meaning

The bus has reached the destination terminal. Staff have unloaded the luggage bay and moved the cargo to the arrival storeroom.

What Happens Next

Staff add the parcel to the terminal’s stock, and an arrival notice is sent to the receiver’s phone.

Recommended Action

Go to the destination terminal cargo counter with your original CNIC and booking number to collect it.

Counter Collection Complete

COLLECTED
Meaning

The receiver, or someone allowed to act for them, has shown ID, paid anything owed and signed for the parcel.

What Happens Next

This is the final status. The parcel’s trip is complete.

Recommended Action

If you did not receive this parcel, contact the terminal cargo counter straight away with your booking slip.

Station Verification Hold

ON_HOLD
Meaning

The parcel is being kept at a terminal while something is checked, such as the receiver’s details or the packing.

What Happens Next

The parcel stays in the terminal storeroom until the details are sorted out.

Recommended Action

Call Daewoo customer care on 042-111-007-009 or visit the destination terminal counter with your booking slip.

Terminal Operational Exception

EXCEPTION
Meaning

Something has caused a delay, such as bad weather on the motorway, a bus problem or a lack of space.

What Happens Next

Staff look at the bus timetable and move the cargo to a later bus.

Recommended Action

Keep checking tracking for a new arrival update, or contact the terminal cargo counter.

Status Update

UNKNOWN
Meaning

Daewoo has sent a status that we cannot safely match to one of the standard updates we have checked.

What Happens Next

We do not guess what it means, so we show a simple general update instead of something that could mislead you.

Recommended Action

Your parcel is active in the Daewoo cargo network. Call customer care on 042-111-007-009 to ask what the status means.
